Meet Samson

 Sembeba

Samson Sembeba Speaks

From Chaos to Clarity

Samson's path was not a straight line. He went from being kicked out of high school, earning his GED, and landing on academic probation in college, to becoming student government president, serving as a full-time pastor, writing books, and pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Oral Roberts University.

For years, he looked like a leader on the outside while quietly wondering if he was enough on the inside. That tension shaped his passion for helping students move beyond pressure, comparison, and performance so they can own their story and lead with authenticity, courage, and purpose.

Today, his work focuses on college student leadership formation. Through speaking, workshops, Genius Spark experiences, and story-based facilitation, he helps student leaders discover who they are, understand how they work with others, and develop the confidence to lead from a healthier place.

Samson lives and works in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with his beautiful wife, Natali, and their daughter, Anaia. His greatest inspiration is Jesus, the ultimate storyteller, whose life and message changed his story and gave him a future. Now, he helps others believe that their story is not over. Samson is excited for his story to intersect with yours, because that is where beauty happens.

Listening is Loving.

There is a powerful truth that shapes everything Samson does: most people cannot tell the difference between being listened to and being loved.

That belief is at the heart of his work as a speaker, pastor, author, podcast host, and doctoral student. Whether Samson is sitting across from a student on The Fitting Room Podcast or standing in front of a room of student leaders, his goal is the same: to help people feel seen, name their story, and begin leading from who they truly are.

Samson believes strategy matters. Skills matter. Leadership tools matter. But none of those can outcompete the story a person tells themselves. He learned that through his own story. Now allow him to dive into yours.
